In the background, a portion of the Hammond Water Filtration station...actually, most of my 'Whiting' shots were taken in Robertsdale, a part of Hammond. Yet Robertsdale & Whiting have been joined at the hip for so long, lots of railfans have misconstrued this section as being Whiting.
