The Milwaukee Road was a frequent visitor to the South Suburbs and Northwest Indiana by having trackage rights on the Indiana Harbor Belt. The Milwaukee was part owner of the IHB, and in this October of 1979 photo, two GP20s are westbound at Dolton Junction.
