Exactly *how* the caboose and reefer were walked across a vacant field between Erie Lackawanna rails and the railroad exhibit...beats me, I wasn't around to watch Phase Two operations. Maybe lift/swing/drop. Reposition the crane, repeating the same motions until the caboose and reefer were close to the display rails.
